The Massivit 1800 is rapidly finishing off the final parts for the main body of the fish. This machine is so versatile and cost effective. Here you can see the two print heads operating simultaneously for maximum speed. We call this twin head printing. The Massivit 1800 prints using innovative Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology, which involves the deposition of a viscous gel that is rapidly cured by UV light - in the video you can see the UV lamps on the print heads pulsing as the machine prints.

Once printed, we can apply finishes to parts to achieve all manner of effects. Few 3D printing bureaus can offer a comprehensive finishing facility like we have at Fluxaxis. So whether you want to produce a sculpture, point of sale structure or even tooling for composite materials manufacturing, we are able help.
