The UK government launched The Made Smarter Review yesterday. The review hails the advent of advanced digital technology as the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The independent review, chaired by Juergen Maier, CEO of Siemens UK, highlights the benefits of robotics, 3D printing and artificial intelligence. But Juergen Maier said the UK needed "greater ambition" to take advantage of such technology.
Fluxaxis is ready to help the UK take advantage of such technology. We are a 3D printing business. We provide a 3D printing bureau service in addition to offering bespoke digital manufacturing services.
At Fluxaxis we have the latest generation of 3D printing equipment. In particular, our Hewlett Packard MJF 4200 enables you to commercially produce end-use parts. Hewlett Packard launched this new technology only last year. We purchased the first of only two in the UK. We offer the only 3D printing bureau service with this technology, based in the UK.
Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing makes high strength parts from nylon PA12. It works up to ten times faster than other 3D printing techniques. What is more, 3D printing opens up new design possibilities. You can now make designs that were technically impossible due to the constraints of traditional methods.
We also boast one of only six Fortus 900mc 3D printers in the UK. This machine 3D prints end-use parts in a range of thermoplastics. The build chamber of the Fortus 900mc measures a huge 914 x 610 x 914mm.
