Stratasys F900 & Fortus 900mc
Build Volume: 914 x 610 x 914mm
Layer Height: 0.17 / 0.25 / 0.33 / 0.5mm
Unmatched accuracy that makes it ideal for demanding functional prototypes, production parts, jigs, fixtures, and factory tooling.
These 3D production systems build durable, accurate, repeatable parts. In sizes up to 914 x 610 x 914mm in a range of more then 25 different high-grade engineering, medical, and food-safe thermoplastics.
Allowing for multiple types of properties and colours, it provides four layer thickness options and a range of infill options enabling the right balance between detail, performance, and speed of production.
Stratasys Fortus 250mc
Build volume: 254 x 254 x 305mm
Layer height: 0.17 / 0.25 / 0.33mm
Capable of printing fine detail while maintaining high speed operation. It can build parts in production-grade ABS+ thermoplastic, allowing prototypes to faithfully resemble finished products in look and durability.
Soluble support structure allows us to preserve parts with complex geometry and twisted cavities during extraction. It is an essential for iterating prototypes at speed.
MJF
HP Multi Jet Fusion 4200
Build volume: 380 x 284 x 380mm
Layer height: 0.08mm
Estimated tolerances: +/- 0.25mm
This printer enables production of functional parts, up to 10 times faster than alternative technologies. Parts can be produced in Nylon PA12 with a layer thickness of 0.08mm, in an effective build volume of 380 x 284 x 380mm, in only 10 hours. This machine allows us to move fast, real fast.
Our Materials
3D Scanners
Don't have a 3D file? We’ve got you covered. 3D Scanning is an integral part of our 3D printing services. We can create a printable 3D model for you by scanning an existing object, either on-site at Fluxaxis' facilities or wherever you need us.
Steinbichler Comet L3D Scanner
This extremely accurate 3D scanner generates super-high resolution digitised 3D models of physical objects. It’s fast too, making it one of our key tools to propel rapid manufacturing and design. It accelerates our journey to mould/model making, reverse engineering, quality control, and documentation of historical objects.
HandySCAN 700 Portable 3D Scanner
This portable, hand-held scanner allows to do in-depth inspections with minimal fuss. We can get to the object we need to scan and back to base in no time at all. It acquires data rapidly and is accurate up to 30um (that’s about the thickness of a human hair).
